Its time for new terminology about lots of things. There is a definition of insanity that goes ‘doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different outcome’.   It is one of our biggest political, spiritual and psychological dilemmas, I believe.  We want to create new ways with old minds and terminology.  Anything that creates change and someone does not like, well,  just tag a word on that people have hysteria attached to, and the soup can no longer thicken.  It is like we choose to go counter clockwise ignoring the gears creating the symphony of life.  What if we took the best from all ideologies and made a new soup.  I bet it would be tasty.
